There is so much information out there (some good, some bad and some just plain weird!) and it’s hard to know where to start. I hope to cut through all of that and give you the correct information based on your needs and what you’re hoping to achieve. I won’t give you a generic nutrition plan or coaching plan, as we’re all different and what might work for a 25 year old, may not have the same results for a 45 year old. I want to empower all women to be the best versions of themselves and take away the negative food rules, diet industry claims and quick fixes.
