I hope to cut through all the confusion for you and empower you with no nonsense information to help you become the best version of you, however that looks.

Personalised Carb Load and/or Fuelling Plan

This is a custom fuelling plan that will be emailed to you via email within 5-7 business days after I receive the information that you provide on the intake form

The plan will detail fuelling and hydration needs in the day(s) in the lead up to the event, the day of and recovery immediately after.

This is ideally suited for those competing in endurance events, such as the half marathon or full marathon, long runs over 90mins.


Cost: $129 AUD

Private Nutrition Coaching

This is a great option if you’re looking for personalised nutrition coaching, where you will be empowered to reach your nutrition goals.

What is included in this plan:

  • Initial virtual consultation (to make sure that we’re the right fit for each other)

  • Weekly email check ins

  • Unlimited access to me via email or text message

  • Personalised nutritional advice

  • Personalised performance nutritional advice (if requested)

  • e-book recipes (coming soon)

Cost: from $299 AUD/month (minimum 3 month commitment)

Nutrition Consultation

This is a once off nutrition consultation with Sharlene from Lotus Nutrition and Coaching.

Ideally suited for a runner or endurance athlete who has a few questions around their nutrition and don’t need a longer term coaching commitment. This consult is more just fine tuning your long run fuelling or race day strategy or even your carb load plan.

I will email through an intake form prior to our session to get some background and understanding around what you’re requiring.

The consultation can be done via Zoom or over the phone, depending on your preference.


Cost: $149 AUD for 1 hour
